Now that you have completed the Xebra installation, you are ready to begin the setup outlined throughout the remainder of this section. The mechanics of entering information and selecting options are not difficult. Making the decisions as to what information to enter and what options to select requires a complete understanding of your operation and the authority to make management level decisions. Initially, you will use the Operator Code SA and Password xebra to access the system. Once you reach the Operator Setup portion of this chapter, you will be instructed to replace this with a new personal System Administrator code. Enter the initial access code now. You will first enter the Xebra in the Login Complete dialog. From the GO menu, navigate to the SETUP module. Xebra Setup Though most of the menu options will be active for System Administrators only, the main Xebra Setup screen is available to all operators. This main screen will provide access to their personal operator preferences (when security settings permit) as well as the ability to adjust workstation font size and personal email settings. Anything viewed from this main screen is operator specific; as such, any changes made will affect only the operator that has made them.
