• | Shipping Instructions - The shipping instruction dialog is used to enter the Shipping Code/Instructions for the job, and allows the operator to enter a default carrier. Carriers/Instructions listed here will appear in the drop down list in the Shipping Information Dialog. Shipping Instructions play an important part in XETEX Xebra’s integration with shipping software platforms such as UPS Worldship and it is vital that these be properly setup to take full advantage of this efficient functionality. |
▪ | Create a new Shipping Code (8 Characters/ Alphanumeric) unique from existing codes provided in the list box (i.e. FX). Click OK. |
▪ | Shipping Instructions (35 characters / alphanumeric) – The organization that is to be used to ship the order prints on the customer invoice and the vendor purchase order (i.e. FEDEX). |
▪ | Default – Flag to indicate this as the shipping vendor to be used on new jobs. The vendor may be edited on a specific order. |
▪ | ePSA ID - Currently, ONLY addressed as a distributor involved in the development and testing of ePSA (e-PromoStandards Alliance) technology. For more information visit www.epromostandards.com. |
▪ | DUNS – Works in conjunction with the ePSA ID. |
▪ | Shipping Methods (40 characters / alphanumeric) – Click ADD to enter preferred shipping methods offered by this vendor (i.e. Next Day Air). |
