| • | Artwork Enclosures – The Artwork Enclosures Set Up dialog is used to enter frequently used Artwork Enclosure Instructions for line items. Artwork Instructions listed here will appear in the drop down list in the Artwork Enclosures Dialog. Information entered in the Artwork Enclosures dialog box is used on the purchase order and request for quotation to tell the vendor what art work to expect with the job. |
| ▪ | Create a new Artwork Code (8 Characters/ Alphanumeric) unique from existing codes provided in the list box (i.e. EMAIL). Click OK. |
| ▪ | Artwork Instructions (20 characters / alphanumeric) - Enter instructions here as you would like them to appear in the drop down boxes on the Artwork Enclosures Dialog (i.e. Attached in Email). Remember that you have three drop down boxes available on that screen and all instructions entered here will appear as options in each of them. |
