| • | Discount Codes – The Discount Codes dialog is used to enter discount codes from suppliers' catalogs. Xebra comes with standard codes (A-K, 50%-0%) and (P-Z, 50%-0%) already installed. You would use this dialog to modify the existing discount codes, or to add new codes. Discount codes are used primarily for Promotional Products/Advertising Specialties and are incorporated into the Automatic Calculation feature used when entering line items. |
| ▪ | Create a new Discount Code (1 Character/ Alphanumeric) unique from existing codes provided in the list box. Click OK. |
| ▪ | Discount Percentage (10 characters / numeric) – Enter the discount percentage associated with the code. Use whole numbers without symbols. |
