Entering Orders

Orders may come to you at various stages or in varying degrees of complexity. First, let’s address the three initial stages in which a job may be entered into Xetex Xebra; Requests for Quotes, Quotes to Customers and Orders in Process. Certain advantages are gained when starting a job in Xebra at the earliest stage possible. The most prevalent is the storage of all data from each step; efficiently building the job and removing the need for re-entry of information.  Once we have addressed simple jobs through the three initial stages, we will then demonstrate more complex jobs you may encounter. Jobs with multi-phase line items and multiple vendors to manage may be daunting at first but using unique Xebra functions will greatly ease the process and increase your productivity.
