Quote for Customer (no vendor quotes needed)

Mr. Gill from the law offices of Dewey, Cheatum & Howe has contacted us. He is planning their annual golf tournament and would like custom golf balls with  logos for all players. The tournament is in sixty days and there will be ten foursomes for a total of forty players. Mr. Gill wants each player to be given one dozen balls. Through our conversation we decide on a Titleist DT-90 ball with their standard logo printed on each. We have sold this item before and are very familiar with it and it’s pricing. Thanks to this, we can immediately move to issuing a quote to Mr. Gill.
