The Xebra Prospecting module provides the means to schedule and track contacts with both prospective and current customers.  When a contact is strictly a prospect and has not yet recorded an order with you, this module will be the singular method of maintaining an organized record of all your interaction with them.  Once a prospect places an order and becomes an official customer, their entry within Prospecting will become one more tool bolstering your contact records, to be used to maintain a history of contact, to initiate and schedule new correspondence and to aide in pro-active sales activities.

In addition to the Prospecting module, we will also be reviewing customer relation tools found elsewhere in Xebra.  Re-order reports and notices, inquiries and general mail merges all assist in customer-distributor communication and pro-active activities for sales reps.
