This report displays the balances stored by the Xebra for each item at a location, regardless of product history, and leaves room for a quantity to be entered. So, if an item control record has been created, and no activity exists for the product, it will still appear on this report. The only items that will not appear are those that have been marked as Inactive; unless the Show Inactive Items option has been selected.
This worksheet can be run and taken to a customer's location to be filled out as the stock is counted. After the worksheet is completed, the actual inventory counted at the location can be entered through the Post Physical Inventory action.
