An E-commerce site must be associated with a Master Customer, not just a customer shipping record. With that in mind you will need to begin by creating a new customer record, or reviewing an existing one, paying special attention to the following.
Master Customer – As stated above, you will need to make sure the customer shipping record that represents the customer you are building the site for acts as a Master Customer, even if just for itself.
Link To Operator – This option requires addressing Real Time Setup in the E-Commerce module. If you have done so, a Link To Operator can be assigned to the Customer Shipping record of the Master Customer. When linked, the operator will receive instant notification of new E-Commerce activity via Xebra Messages.
