We are finished with this Line Item and ready to create the quote for Mr. Gill. Simply close to return to Order Entry.
| • | Actions > Prepare Customer Quote |
| • | Double-click the line item for the golf balls. |
| • | Notice there is already one quote existing for this line item; 40 dozen at 16.79 per unit. This is the data we entered when initially creating the line item. If we wanted to quote additional quantities we could manually enter them at this time using the Enter New Quote option. For this example, we are simply quoting one quantity so you may choose Close and return to the Prepare Customer Quote dialog. |
| • | To create the quote use Commands > Print Quote. |
| • | Again, you will find yourself in Xebra Print preview. Let’s assume you email this quote to your customer and simply close this screen and the Prepare Customer Quote screen to return to Order Entry. |
