When you have finished reviewing the PO and optionally added additional instructions in the Purchase Order Editor window, the Xebra Print Preview window displays the finalized document. Although the Purchase Order Editor is specific to purchase orders, the Xebra Print Preview window is used for all document types.
Xebra Print Preview allows you to review the document and do something with it: Print, Fax, Save as a PDF, Queue the document to print later from the Xebra Print Queue, or email the document. In certain situations, you might also have the ability to send the document to the recipient electronically.
The Xebra Print Preview window even allows you to add more notes or additional pages to a document if you switch to the design mode of print preview.
