A company assigns an operator code and password to each Xebra user. The first thing that people must do to use Xebra is enter their own operator code and password in the window shown below.
The Operator Setup window, pictured below, provides a way to add new operators and configure security settings specific to each operator code. We encourage our customers to give each user an operator code rather than sharing the same operator code among multiple people. This provides security specific to each user. Also, the Xebra database logs everything that an operator updates in the database so that you can find out who did what if necessary.
