What is EDI?
| • | EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) instantly transmits your purchase order details to the supplier’s order entry system. The supplier’s order entry system communicates back to Xebra and Line Item statuses update automatically, letting you know that your order details were received. All of this happens quickly, in a matter of minutes. |
| • | The purchase order document is saved as a Job Document for future viewing, downloading or printing. The iPROMOTEu Production Department will follow up on EDI orders according to normal procedures to make sure the order is in process. |
