The most direct Initial Job Status, Order in Process begins a job without addressing any of the quote process. Many times, for jobs involving minor quoting needs, a distributor may choose to handle those needs outside of Xebra and only create a new job once the order has officially been confirmed. Order in Process will also be used when initiating a specialty job such as an Inventory based job, Customer Credits, Internal Purchases, etc. For these reasons, Order in Process tends to be the most widely used Initial Job Status and will always be the default when a new job is created.
