Finding Control Records

Select Commands > Find on the Xebra Customer Specific Inventory menu.

The dialog box that opens is titled Customer Specific Inventory Search.  It is different than most of the other Find dialog boxes on the system.  This dialog box allows the operators to provide the information they know about the record they are looking for and, if necessary, narrow the search until they find the right record.

Enter ABC14<Tab> for the Item.

Click on the Search button.  The Search Results list box displays all of the item control records for the item we entered.

double-click the record for Location WHS01.

The Customer Specific Inventory control record for item ABC14 at location WHS01 is displayed.
