The window pictured below is the Xebra Order Entry window (The black spheres with numbers aren't actually part of the window, they are points of interest described to the left). This screen is where most work is done with jobs.
Each job gets a job number. For the job loaded in the picture, the job number is 1052. When you create a new job, the job number can be generated as a sequence number or you can enter any code with numbers and letters.
The job Status indicates the processing stage of the job. For the job pictured, the job status is "Order in Process". This means that the customer has already placed a firm order but the items have not shipped.
Xebra users can add an unlimited number of notes for internal use to each job. These notes would not be shown to customers or suppliers.
The list at the bottom of the window shows the line items on the job. The Order Entry window is resizable. If you have many line items on a job, you can make the job screen larger and this will make the line item list larger to show more items without scrolling.
