The Xebra software is only part of the value in a relationship with Xetex Business Systems, Inc. It is also extremely valuable to have a source for support that answers your questions promptly and accurately and is available when you need extra help. We strive to keep our customers satisfied and their software working smoothly. Here are some of the things we do:
  • We release upgrades to the Xebra software several times per year. These upgrades are included with customer support (unless the customer purchases a custom Xebra system). It is easy to install the upgrades over the Internet directly through the Xebra software so you don't have to worry about upgrade disks or installing files from an email.
  • Because upgrades are so easy for customers to install and so easy for us to distribute, we are able to fix bugs in the software quickly after they are discovered. The resulting software is as error free as you will find and the impact of programming mistakes is minimalized.
  • We offer a 1-800# for telephone support.
  • Customers can log onto the customer's side of our web site. Here they can communicate with other users on the User's Forum, get answers to frequently asked questions, submit an on-line request to Xetex for help, and see what changes have been made with each update release.
  • We host an annual User's Conference where distributors come together to learn about the latest software changes and share ideas.
  • We offer training in person and over the Internet.
